    REGISTRATIONS ARE CLOSED

CoinLoan cryptos platform seems to be (totally or partially) insolvent and it cannot be excluded that the platform activities could be tainted with fraud. At this stage, no relevant information has been communicated to the Estonian Interim Trustee in respect of crypto's and fiat monies entrusted to CoinLoan ! Me Modrikamen, a Belgian leading experienced lawyer in collective actions, is regrouping depositors to undertake collectively and without delay the steps to preserve your rights to obtain the release of the blocked cryptocurrency assets or fiat money.

It is necessary to act quickly and be around the table as soon as possible to see your rights protected. Do not remain passive !

In case of partial or total failure of CoinLoan, actions (including legal actions) will be undertaken against any liable and solvent third parties of this situation (current or former administrators of CoinLoan, Estonian control authority, custodian, banks, insurers, advisers,...) so that you are compensated.

Grouped together, you are obviously stronger, and the cost of the common steps and action is shared by the greatest number.

Due to the international nature of the case, documentation will be exclusively in English.

By participating in a collective action that is represented by a lawyer, individuals can unite their strengths and create a powerful group dynamic. When each plaintiff receives legal expertise and a collective strategy, their chances of success increase. In addition, splitting the expenses makes the procedure more cost-effective.

Collective action allows the parties to negotiate with greater strength against the other side, which can result in fairer and more equitable compensation for plaintiffs. The balance of power is influenced by numbers, which is a form of democratizing access to justice.
